About Neuro Hero
Neuro Hero was founded by Dean Vincent, founder of Future Past Clothing, and brought to life alongside artist Jason McCreadie, who joined the project ahead of launch to help shape the brand's creative direction and contribute to its growing collection of designs.
The idea behind Neuro Hero was simple: create clothing for neurodivergent people that we'd actually be proud to wear.
Too much apparel aimed at the autistic, ADHD and wider neurodivergent community relies on predictable clip art, generic slogans and colourful clichés. While often well-intentioned, it rarely reflects the individuality, creativity and lived experiences of the people it's meant to represent.
We knew there was room for something better.
Neuro Hero is about contemporary design with meaning. Every piece is created to feel stylish, modern and authentic—whether it's making a bold statement or quietly saying, "I see you."
Rather than defining people by a diagnosis, we celebrate the strengths that often come with thinking differently: creativity, hyperfocus, innovation, resilience and original thinking. We also acknowledge the challenges, because empowerment isn't about pretending they don't exist—it's about recognising that they don't define who you are.
Every design begins with an idea, a feeling or an experience that resonates within the neurodivergent community. Our goal is to create clothing that sparks conversations, builds confidence and represents people with the thought, nuance and respect they deserve.
Different minds deserve better design.
That's why we created Neuro Hero.
